Mr. Rooter really saved us last weekend. We had an immediate need and they got back to us right away and had someone at my home within the hour. The plumber spent time with us to help explain what was happening, what caused the issue, and how best to prevent it happening again. I really really appreciate the priority they placed on us. It’s awful to feel so helpless without hot water and the fear that a small leak can potentially become something worse, while waiting for someone to get back to you. Luckily, thanks to Mr. Rooter, we didn’t have to wait long!

Noticed a bubble in my kitchen ceiling and Mr. Rooter was the quickest to get someone onsite the next day. Turns out my Master shower drain was leaking and they were able to complete the repair in a few hours. They are not the cheapest but they do respond very quickly. With plumbing issues a quick response is highly valued by me. All the costs were communicated before work was done and there were no surprises with the final bill.
