I am out of State and searched for a Notary and found Ivy at Notary by Divine near Deerfield Beach. I explained an urgent situation and within 24 hours she had scheduled and appointment with my signer, met the signer and had a document Notarized.
Ivy then went out of her way to Fedex me the document. She was super nice, professional, efficient, patient and affordable. She could not have been nicer. I strongly recommend her services !!

I recently had Ivy at my home to notarize an agreement. She came over after hours, was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. She was quick, efficient and even offered to wait around if I wanted to have the other party come over (my neighbor) so that she could notarize for her, too! Definitely recommend her and I will be calling her again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The State governs how much a Notary Public can charge for the actual notarization. Additional fees are added for travel or document preparation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This depends on whether or not they need remote online notary or mobile notary services. Remote online requires the client email me the document needed to be signed, scheduling an appointment online, and meeting online using audio and visual capabilities. Mobile notary services I need the address to where you want to meet to sign, confirmation that you have the physical document present or if you need me to print for you, schedule an appointment, meet at the place and time of the appointment, sign, and seal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Notary Public for over 20 years. I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years handling hundreds of loan closing a year. I previously held a Florida Title Agent license; I currently hold a Florida Real Estate Sales Associates license; and I am a Florida Registered Paralegal with The Florida Bar Association.
