- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A basic piano tuning is $135. I don't charge EXTRA for a "pull" if your piano hasn't been tuned for a while and needs to come back up to pitch. My work is guaranteed .. call or text me and I will come back in a week or two and touch up your BEAUTIFUL piano!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact me, we will set up a time ASAP to get your piano sounding BEAUTIFUL again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have tuned pianos most of my life, but it wasn't until we retired and moved to Crossville in January of 2019 that I had time to pursue it professionally. Making pianos sound GREAT is a PASSION of mine .. ask my happy customers :D
