I used Dawson and Lionel at my property for several different issues. First problem they uncovered wasn't an issue but tackled a different one. I was on a crunch on time due to an inspection to sell and I was stressed. I even forgot a few task and they happily completed all task. Very friendly, honest, and helpful. Price wise, cheaper than plumbing companies and handles a broad scope of work. Electrical plumbing and home repairs. I have recommended them to 2 others and hope to be able to call upon them for other projects. Not only was work done quickly, both listened patiently as I vented . Task were done before timeline and accommodated each request I had over multiple days.

When we hired Dawson we had different visions of work. After talking more and explaining our expectations he exceeded doing the right thing, making this exactly as we asked and was professional throughout the process. I believe he cares about his quality of work and strives to make customer happy. We will probably have him Back to do our fencing - which while here he saw it was rotted and need TLC so gave us a fair quote. I gave him my Home Depot card to buy material and what he didn’t use he returned and credited back to my card . Dawson has a great attitude and is willing to listen and give 100% of himself to any project you would hire him for.
