Would be helpful if customers knew possibly if their garage door spring is broken in two pieces above the door or in two pieces along the side of the rail/ tracks.

Typically it is best to discuss some details regarding the situation and repairs that are needed to help determine possible cost
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
