Sean at S&S hits all the marks when it comes to what you look for in a home repair professional! I ABSOLUTELY RECCOMEND YOU WORK WITH HIM! He responded VERY FAST to my request and my questions. He arrived on time ready to get to work with everything he needed (even things he had no idea he would need when we initially talked!). He was professional and helpful in analyzing and explaining the problem to me and offered a very fair price on the repair - and then got started immediately! He did NOT rush through it just to make a buck either... he did the work thoroughly and did not leave until the entire job was completely finished and cleaned up behind him. He was courteous and kind with me, my wife and even our dog. Plus provided a 3 year warranty on his parts and work! I just hate that he only works on Garage doors... I would hire him to do all sorts of things around my house!

Would be helpful if customers knew possibly if their garage door spring is broken in two pieces above the door or in two pieces along the side of the rail/ tracks.
