- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer flat rates for all weekly, biweekly and monthly cleans. I charge a higher flat rate for 1st cleans due to the extra time it takes on a first clean. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Get a complete idea of what they are looking for in there home cleaning services, both short and long term. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Cleaning comes naturally when you keep the customers wishes first.
