Introduction: Hello! My name is Angelica.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The price I charge is a full service price for everything I offer compiled together. I believe it is a very fair price especially compared to other financial services in the area. I offer free consultations so you and I can decide if we will be a proper fit. For discounts, I am offering a 10% off discount to all new clients for their first month of service.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Usually I start off with a free consultation to determine their needs. After we have agreed to work with each other I will send over my Bookkeeping Agreement as well as a questionnaire about their company and needs. From there I will get started with reviewing their books as is, making suggestions and giving advice on how they can take advantage of their accounting software.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am currently two years into getting my Bachelors degree in Business Management and Accounting. Besides my formal education I have also worked with a few accounting firms and have taken courses related to the accounting software I use to become a certified advisor.
