- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically offer a flat fee depending on the number of rooms (up to three rooms). I do have some flexibility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You should know that I am fully vaccinated. I prefer to work when you aren't home and have the place ready for your return. We can meet via Facetime before I come if you would like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaning experience; I have worked for a small cleaning company for the past three years before starting my own.
