- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide reasonable pricing, after reviewing the job onsite, and we both agree on the price before I begin the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically charge $100 diagnostic fee to come out and review the job opportunity. If selected to perform the work, we agree on the price, and the job fees are due upon completion of the work. I accept all major credit cards, cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to electrician trade school, obtain my certification, and have been in business for 3 years. The first year, I worked as an apprentice for a large electrical service company. I'm now self-employed and providing services to homes and business in the middle TN area.
