- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of your car (ie. a truck costs more than a sedan), how it is used (ie. work vehicle or personal), and what services you need (ie. steam cleaning, waxing, stain extraction, or ceramic coating). My prices may vary. What I mean is that I will quote you the cheapest it will be out the door if the information you provide gives me an accurate enough picture. However, if I arrive and I know that it will be longer and more involved I will let you know that there may be an increase in price due to the nature of cleaning required. I offer discounts to all active service members and veterans as well as all first responders. Thank you very much for all you have done!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know you a little bit so I understand your passion and what is driving you. Every customer is treated with the utmost respect. Any questions or concerns are important to me and I want to help in any way that I can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this for the last five years. I’ve gotten better every time and acquired new tools and skills that make my work worth it.
