- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have standard pricing, but typically I customize my pricing to meet the needs and wants of the customer. I do discuss pricing up front with my clients so they know what they are facing and what they are getting for their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The main ingredient in working with a new customer is building that initial relationship, understanding their needs, and expectations. Once those key elements are established know their vision of the finished product and clearly define the plan for how you will accomplish their vision with your finished product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photographer for over 30 years. My education begin in the film era and migrated to the digital era in 2004. A majority of my education and training has been through self study by reading and watching other established photographers. For formal training I was mentored for two years in Europe by a Masters level photographer, who taught as a leading establishment in Germany.
