I hired this company after noticing water spots in my home following heavy rains. They agreed to make repairs, including adding drip edge, replacing flashing, and repairing shingles. Unfortunately, the work they performed created more problems than it solved. The first red flag came the day after they finished, when a strip of drip edge had already fallen off the side of my house. They came back to reinstall it, but within a few months the situation became much worse. Upon inspection, I discovered the drip edge they used was far too short to protect the wood, allowing more water to seep in than before. Several nails weren’t even secured into anything, leaving them exposed and rusting. Instead of properly installing the right size materials, they pulled back shingles around the entire perimeter of my house, causing extensive damage. Multiple experienced roofers have since looked at the work and described it as “an act of vandalism,” ashamed that a professional company would leave a home in that condition. Additionally, there was a crack in the cover of an exterior pipe that needed to be replaced. Instead of replacing it, they simply applied caulk over the crack. The caulk has since split open, leaving an even larger crack than before and creating a place for water to pool and worsen the damage. What began as a concern over water spots has now escalated to water pouring through our ceiling, forcing us to replace the entire roof. To their credit, communication was responsive and they acted quickly to schedule the work. However, the quality of the work itself was extremely poor, and it has left us in a much worse position than when we started. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
