Introduction: I come from a large family of ten, growing up money was tight, and it was a good reason to learn as much as i could to keep up with preventative maintenance around the house. I took as many classes as i could find in all aspects of repairs and instalations. I still service all of my families homes when something is wrong and/or needs installed. I have up to twenty years experience with all i do. I pride myself in doing everything right and it working as good as new, or better. I work full time and do this on the side to keep my wife and three daughters clothed and fed. I am very good with priceing, I know how tight it can be, and i will not tell you that i can do something when i can not. I always try and stay under the competitors price, and do quality over the price. I just redone every water pipe in a two bath home, from the main hook-up all the way to every faucet. Competitors price was between $350 to $600, and a few didn't Include the price of the parts and supplies, I done the job including parts for $270. And put the pipe insulation (the costumer had already purchased before) on the pipes at no extra charge. As i said i know how the times are so i help every way i can.
