- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I usually follow a clear, collaborative process to ensure the best outcome for everyone involved. We must start with a service call to see what the problem or job details are. Next we offer the solution to the problem or quote for the job . Next performing the task. Then check with customer on the satisfaction of the job completed.
