- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will beat any competitors price, with excellence in mind every time. I offer discounts to military, teachers, first responders, law enforcement, single parents, elderly and disabled. Ask if not listed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with them by phone, to break the ice and get to know their needs, set a time and date and get to work, ensuring that their needs are met in detail and excellence every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple years experience in property preservation, maintaining rentals and a lot of other things that we provide. If I have to contract out, there is a no additional cost to my customer. My vendors are very well-established with a clear understanding of my expectations of excellence.
