- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are affordable and we will beat or match any competitors prices proof be a text message or email. Our goal is to make moving and cleaning as stress free as possible and more affordable than our competitors. We offer discounts. And I like to think that I can work with anybody on prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process of working with a new customer, 1st always show respect. Ask about their needs and wants, what they want done. Size of their homes , how bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage if need be. Moving dates and times. I always offer discounts and I always guarantee to do the job the way that they would want things done! Always be on time. My goal is to do the job the right way and make the customer stress free and happy in the end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have business management degree. Many years of moving customers and cleaning I learned by experience. I believe that experience and hands-on training in this field is the best training you can get.
