We have over 25 years experience contracting in the middle Tennessee area. Over 90% of our jobs are all handled in-house, in the rare event that something is contracted out it's almost exclusively to someone we've worked with before, if not we'll be on-site for the duration to insure quality of work. With the initial background as an electrical contractor we ofcourse do all aspects of residential wiring and most commercial applications as well. Anything from a simple service call to a full rewire, low-volt, entertainment systems, and yard lighting. We do it all! We also now do complete turnkey remodels and renovations as well as general property management and maintenance for local clients as well as out-of-state property owners. While I usually prefer to work by bid on larger jobs (in that way, there are no surprises on either side) we can be contracted out by the hour for longer duration projects if the situation calls for it, like alot of what we do is specialty work, things that aren't exactly normal or "bid-able", in these circumstances a rough timetable with an hourly rate per man may be the only way to go. We are not a handyman service that's going to pull up in a beat- up truck and try to act like we know what we're doing leaving you in worse shape than when we arrived. Everything we do is covered by a minimum 1-year guarantee. We try to be fair in our pricing, but we're definitely not in the business of trying to beat others bids and work for free, as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and that's as true in construction as in any line of work.
