About

CrawlLogic is a locally owned crawl space company serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee since 2019. We specialize in crawl space encapsulation, vapor barriers, dehumidifiers, drainage and sump pumps, crawl space repair, and moisture and mold treatment for homes in Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Columbia, Dickson and the surrounding area. Our approach is science first and low pressure. We measure moisture and humidity, show you photos and video of what’s actually under your house, and explain your options in plain language, from simple fixes to full encapsulation. No scare tactics and no pushy sales. You decide what makes sense for your home and budget. Homeowners trust us. We have 440+ five-star Google reviews, an A+ rating with the BBB, and plenty of referrals from realtors and past customers. Our crews use quality materials like heavy-duty vapor barriers, drain mat, crawl space lighting and AprilAire dehumidifiers, and they leave your crawl space clean. You get a full before-and-after video when the job is done. Our pricing is fair and in line with the larger companies, with the care of a local, owner-led team. Josh at CrawlLogic came highly recommended by a friend. So glad we used them (CrawlLogic) because prior to acquiring our home in Nashville, a major company came in to put a liner in our crawl space and not only were the seams not sealed but no matter what was there before it was covered up, including 10 cinderblocks, a bunch of rotted wood, and worker’s garbage.

Since we had gone back to our place in Idaho, we had to put our faith in Josh. He sent us pictures twice a day (which,by the way, I will be happy to send along or provide). He gave us complete comfort in knowing the project would be done right and they did a phenomenal job.

Josh did an wonderful job on the encapsulation of our crawl space. His team was on time, did quality work at a reasonable price, and was responsive to our needs. Josh has also done work for members of my family. I trust Josh and his team!!

I really enjoyed working with Josh because of his professional attitude and his quality of work. He transformed our dungeon a.k.a. crawlspace into something you could actually live in! It was a great investment that will definitely add value to my home and protect it for years to come.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always be the guy in the middle
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was looking for a change in career. I was selling cars and unable to make ends meet and felt very dead end in what I was doing. I had a friend who worked for a pest control company and he said they needed sales guys. I instantly fell in love with crawlspaces. I enjoyed that over the bug side of things and quickly became the best in the entire country in this company. I have done this for 2 companies and was a top performer company wide. I feel much more satisfied doing this for myself.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers of all income levels and home sizes. I have actually encapsulated the crawlspace of a major league baseball player and a famous country singer!
