Introduction: Specializing in kettlebell training, I focus each day on perfecting the art of kettlebell movements. Moving the body in multiplanar directions while counterbalancing the force of gravity and the kettlebell, creates the need to incorporate majority of the body's muscle groups; therefore creating an increased calorie expenditure per minute than basic "gym" exercises. Ultimately, my reward comes when my clients reach their goals.. Period! During the process of attaining them, however, I enjoy greatly the opportunity to teach/educate clients and implement the programs that I've developed based on their goals.

I love attending Joseph's boot camp classes! I started attending over 2 years ago and almost down 40 pounds! I was so out of shape when I started and with his training and patience, I was motivated to get healthy again. Classes are fun and I highly recommend Joseph!

    After suffering a knee injury which cost me a college football scholarship, I began to study the injury and was fascinated by the musculoskeletal system and it's response to physical training/rehab. That led into sport specific training and helping others with general fitness goals.
