We have the capability to be flexible and to craft client specific billing structures that provide clients with the best legal service at a predictable fee.
Type of Services: I provide a range of services that address many legal issues such as corporate legal guidance, contract drafting, contract review, trademark filing, intellectual property law guidance, employment law guidance, real estate purchases, commercial leases, business acquisitions and sales, franchise law guidance, and software agreements (software licenses and SAAS agreements).
