Introduction: As an in home fitness training, I travel to my clients homes/apartment gyms/outdoors. My rates are $85 an hour, $75 for 45 minutes and $65 for 30 minutes. If an extra person is joining it’s $15 more per session per person. I offer package deals with discounts and virtual training through FaceTime or Zoom. As a wellness coach, I offer a 4 week ($850) or 12 week ($2500) program. I help men and women struggling to start or stick to a wellness routine find discipline and motivation by creating a individualized routine that fits within their needs and lifestyle! Each of these programs have monthly or weekly payment plan options. I always schedule a complimentary 15 minute consult call prior to training or coaching to see if we will be a good fit together! I would love to work with you and help you move from where you are now to where you want to be!

Sarah is an amazing trainer and she's worth every penny! Sarah helped me devise a workout plan with only tools that were available in my apartment, yet her workout plan is really challenging and definitely push you to be a better version of you! Would it be overreacting if I said that finding Sarah has changed my life? NO IT WOULD NOT. As someone who never worked out, struggled with self discipline, and had no clue where to begin, Sarah met me exactly where I was and helped craft a path forward that fit my lifestyle and my goals. She listens, first of all, which means she isn't pushing any agenda or unrealistic expectations - but she still pushes and challenges and encourages. For me, she has helped me learn how small changes can lead to bigger ones - that results ARE attainable - but, more importantly, that an active lifestyle and healthy habits really can be incorporated into any schedule. It's been a game changer. Plus, she's a blast and an absolute joy to be around!

Sarah is OUTSTANDING! I'm not the kind of person who can work out by myself. I just don't have the drive to sit there and push myself to the max. She pushed me because she knew what I was capable of. I have a bad back and she knew exactly what I needed without hurting my back. Her nutritional guide was my favorite thing about her program. My big problem is just not knowing how to eat right. But she fixed that! Sarah is very personable and a great person! I would recommend her to anyone.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Personal training : 30 min one on one training sessions | 45 min one on one training sessions | 60 min one on one training sessions | These include a warmup, workout and cool down and are specific to my clients goals. Pricing ranges from $65 - 85 a session depending on clients location, goals and budget. Wellness coaching : 12 Weeks to Wellness Program - $2500 (monthly and weekly payments can be made if arranged beforehand)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I first have a consultation with my potential client. Before the consult I will send over some new client forms that they will fill out and bring to the consultation. We then go over their paperwork together as I figure out their goals and we see if we are a right fit !

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a certified fitness trainer through ISSA, as well as a certified life coach.
