- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will come to agreement on the price early on in the quote and response phase of the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For individuals looking for job readiness materials, I ask for an old resume and/or cover letter, if possible. If these materials do not exist, I have a digital questionnaire I send to them to gather some information to help me get started in the development of a first draft of the materials, which I get to the client within 48 hours of receiving the requested information from the client. Throughout the process, I communicate through the customer's preferred communication medium (email, text, phone) to get additional information, as needed. I send a watermarked PDF, 1st draft for your review, get your feedback, and incorporate your suggestions and send you back a watermarked PDF, 2nd draft - from there, I get any additional feedback you have and send you a watermarked PDF, final draft for your approval. Once I have your approval on a final draft, I send a PayPal invoice for the amount we agreed upon. Upon receipt of payment, I send a Final Version of your new and improved job readiness materials in PDF and WORD formats without the watermark. These are your property to use as you will at that point.

BA in English (writing skills), MBA (business acumen), 10+ years of Human Resources talent acquisition and management experience. Certifications in Gallup Strengths (Strengths Advocate - StrengthsQuest) and Cultural Intelligence facilitation.
