I ordered an 85" TV for the Holidays, but was very nervous about how I was going to install it. My dad and family wernt strong enough to bring it upstairs or actually mount it on the wall. The day it was delivered, I messaged Mister Deeds for an inquiry. He responded immediately and said he could get to me within the hour. I called him to ensure he understood the heaviness of the tv and he reassured me that he already had extra help on the way! They showed up and without hesitation they brought the TV upstairs and had it on the wall less than an hour later. The best part about this experience wasn't his immediate response, punctuality or the quality of his work (which were all top tier), it was his kindness! He felt like an old friend coming over to help around the house! Will be calling him again!
