Trying to self manage long term rental property is no small task. Its time consuming and fraught with potential financial and legal landmines regarding landlord tenant law, fair housing law, and environmental law just to name a few. Its incredibly frustrating trying to find tenants, screen tenants, work with vendors for repairs, etc.Ive owned rental property for a long time and have worked with several property managers over the years and just didnt have a great experience with any of them. Thats why it was such a blessing to find Jeff and his team at Real Property Management Key Response. Theyve been my manager of choice for over a year now and Id give them 10 stars if I could. Their customer service is second to none, theyre timely, professional, honest, just all around stellar people. They handle all the heavy lifting I described above and make sure all the various rules and regulations are followed in the process.Now I have more time to go do more of the things I enjoy doing and Im no longer concerned as to whether or not my property is being well managed and cared for because I know its in great hands with Jeff and the Real Property Management Key Response team.

Overall, Ive just had the best experience with this company!! Amazing response time, and fixed my broken laundry door, its nice to be able to open and close the laundry doors now and not have it fall!! Thank you guys so much!
