- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to offer competitive pricing and are always open to creative deal structures so that everyone is incentivized and excited about the plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with the new customer in a series of phone or video calls to get a sense for one another and establish trust between us. We will also either visit the home in person or do a virtual walk-through tour so we can get to know your home as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have management experience and are consistently engaging in trainings, courses and masterminds to adapt to the ever-changing landscape.
