- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is the same for all customers. It is a 25% commision of the nightly rate. There is also a monthly maintenance and restocking fee usually of 70$ a unit. This may be more for larger homes with more bedrooms and bathrooms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I first request that they fill out a form so that I may get some information on the unit they would like to rent out. We will then schedule a phone call to cover any additional questions. I would then send them a consultation packet that includes income potential based on their location as well as a contract agreement that goes in more detail regarding Petca Vacation Rental's systems and processes. If the client would like to continue, I will request they sign the agreement as well as submit some supporting documents. I will then take care of everything from there.
