My name is Shack. I have over 17 years of experience in the massage and wellness profession. I provide wellness through the art of touch by using my hands, head, and heart to bring healing and/or transformation to your body, mind and soul. I help those who are experiencing: Plantar fasciitis IT Band syndrome Low back pain caused by a sedentary lifestyle Grief Anxiety Post op lymphatic drainage and more... (tell me about your pain or ailment) When you choose to work with me, we (you & I) will design a comprehensive treatment plan that involves: Therapeutic bodywork Nutritional coaching At-home therapeutic exercises (physical, mental or emotional) Weekly support/coaching call. Depending on the condition being treated, treatment plans last for a duration of at least 4 weeks, or longer.
