We are professional residential and commercial real estate and architectural photographers with a clientele built primarily on referrals. We shoot 9-10 clients weekly and this is our primary type of shooting. We are very experienced and qualified to shoot exterior architectures and interiors.
We enjoy working with different agents, investors and businesses. Each job provides an opportunity to see new architecture for its beauty and uniqueness. No two jobs are identical so each day is a new experience. We pride ourselves at staying up on new technologies and techniques so that we continue to provide a quality service for all of our clients.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For residential real estate, we charge by the square footage starting at $150. For commercial or multi-family style real estate, it depends on the usage, but jobs generally starts at around $250 per property. Video, 360 tours, etc. is on a per project basis. Photo and video packages are also available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, we generally set up a quick meeting or phone call to discuss the needs of their project. Then we schedule several tentative dates to get job completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educated in marketing and branding in college. Had a minor in photography.
