- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing are just estimates and depending on pool size and location, starting is $85 weekly and $150 bi-weekly. One time cleaning depends on issue of the pool and will give estimates at location
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give free estimates which include testing their chemicals and checking pool equipment and checking circulation on pool.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing this for 5 yrs and prior to that I worked for a large pool company in California who has given me significant training in pool services
