- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to give pricing upon looking at the job. There are so many variables on what the issue can be. To give honest fair pricing I will always like to see what I’m getting into.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer, set up time to come out and diagnose problem and give price in person. I give detailed explanation of what needs to be done. To resolve issues, I will also give before and after photos and warranty of services preformed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my LLP (limited license plumber)
