Kurt from Hers and His Plumbing came out and within one day installed a new hot water heater for us and I have honestly never met a nicer person who knew exactly what we needed and his service was impeccable! Having been without hot water for 6 days we are incredibly grateful for Hers and His Plumbing and especially for Kurt! Thanks to all at Hers and His who made this happen!!

This company was great to work with. Called and received a next day appointment to have an ice maker installed in my garage. Robert - the technician that came out to my house, was on time and was very pleasant to work with. He tied in to my existing water line and installed the ice machine on a small water heater stand. Will use this company for my future plumbing needs. 100% recommend.

Duke Energy Carolinas sent Hers and His Plumping to honor my Water Heater Sercive Plan. Kyle and Shawn showed up and found a crack in my water heater and swapped it out immediately and finished the service requested. They were nice and friendly. The value would have been good if I to had paid out of pocket. They left things as I asked. The only complaint I have is I wish they had bled the air out of my furtherst line. But that was partially my fault when he asked about sinks. I was in the middle of replacing them. My wife turned the shower on last night and the air scared her. The other issue I had is not with the technicians, but the automated scheduling system the company seems to use. I had an email saying the time block was 11 to 4 and a text telling me 10 to 2, which left me confused and forced me to cancel out my sons wound vac appointment when i read the 10 am after they had alreadyrescheduled by phone once. Otherwise technicians were great.
