About

My name is Chanel McNabb, and I’m the owner of Balloons & Chic Decor. For the past 4 years, I’ve turned my passion for decorating into a business that helps people celebrate life’s special moments in style. I specialize in custom balloon decorations, wedding and event decorating, candy buffets, and party favors. Every design is tailored to your theme, colors, and vision so your event feels personal, polished, and photo-ready. As a one-person business, I handle every detail myself—from the first idea to the final setup—so you get consistent quality and reliable, friendly service. If you’re planning a celebration and want decor that truly reflects your joy, I’d love to help bring your vision to life.

Chanel did a wonderful job for us for the balloon towers we requested for our HR conferences. She was responsive, professional and accommodating. The towers and mirror looks great and we got a lot of great comments about them. I would definitely work with her again!
