Chanel was great. Her work is amazing. She communicated effectively and made sure she had the right colors. Everyone loved the arch. However, what impressed me the most was I made a last minute (less than two weeks) decision to add a garland for a graduation party. Other vendors didn't respond or declined the job. But Chanel responded. Together we figured out an alternate set-up date and time that worked for both of us. This matters because she was at least willing try to determine if she can accommodate the request. That holds more weight to me when working with services like this. I will definitely recommend and will use her again.

Chanel went above and beyond to help me get my sons 21st birthday ready!! We are out of state and came to Nashville to celebrate! She had everything ready and put together by the time we were there! I even had items shipped to her house and she put some things together for me ♥️ Would definitely recommend 👌
