- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge based on the event type and number of attendees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out for booking, we will discuss the date of the event, what kind of event you are having, how many people you are expecting and other specifics. When we have all of the details in order, a contract will be drawn up. Once the contract is signed by both parties an invoice will be sent. The full cost of services is due within 24 hours of signing the contract. Failure to fulfill payment will result in the forfeiture of desired date of service.
