Iconic kitchens had a quick response, fast quote and scheduled me within the week! This was a 250 sq ft job + Kerdi waterproofing in a room that will function as a sauna / cold plunge. Everything turned out very nice and my only small critique would be some consideration of the flooring pattern within the entry where there was a cluster of veined tiles. Otherwise, looks amazing!

Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, and specific needs of each project. We believe in being transparent from the beginning, so we provide clear, detailed estimates and communicate any potential changes before additional work is performed.
At Redwood Builders, we focus on quality workmanship and long-lasting results rather than cutting corners to offer the lowest price. Because we stand behind our work, we generally do not complete or repair partially finished projects started by other contractors unless we can properly evaluate the existing work and determine the best way to move forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with understanding your project, your goals, and what you would like to achieve with your space. From there, we schedule a consultation to review the project, take measurements, and discuss design ideas, materials, and budget.
For projects that require design selections, our team can guide you through finishes, colors, and materials at our showroom. We can also provide 3D renderings for selected projects, allowing you to visualize the space and make confident decisions before construction begins.
Once the scope and selections are finalized, we provide a detailed estimate and establish the next steps for your project. From planning and design through construction and completion, our goal is to keep the process organized, transparent, and as easy as possible for our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling. As a general contractor, we have experience coordinating projects from planning and design through construction and completion, working with multiple trades to ensure every phase of the project is completed properly and efficiently.
