- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When offering a price for your home remodel project, we maintain transparency about value, quality, expertise, and more. Our company places great importance on the quality we deliver for each project. However, please understand that our commitment to providing a quality job prevents us from completing work left unfinished by other contractors, as we can not ensure that what was done previously was completed correctly. We aim to provide you with top-notch service, and to achieve that, we will need to start your project from scratch.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Redwood we make remodeling your home easy and enjoyable. -Our experienced designers will help you measure the area and determine the style that best fits your needs. -When you visit our showroom, If you are wondering how a particular style or color looks in person, you can see them all in one place. You can come to the showroom without a set idea in mind since you’ll see dozens of different approaches to the room you want to change. -we provide 3D rendered models so you can visualize your home before making any changes and provide you a price estimate on final decision in your remodeling project. Then we will work with you to create a plan for bringing your dream space to life!
