- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a quote and that quote is the final number. No extra fees and no taxes will be added to that final number I give them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact customer, go look at job, give him a quote, if he accepts we do the work and get paid at site after job is finished then I send invoice and register their units and email their warranty certificate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an hvac contractors license and are hvac certified and fully license and insured.
