- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Echelon Design and Build will provide an estimate that includes labor and rough materials for your project. We will provide a complimentary Material Selection Specialist or designer in some cases to help source your finish material and help facilitate contractor's discounts from our preferred vendors. We offer Military Discounts. All jobs are broken down into stages of payment so you are only paying for what you are receiving at the time of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complimentary phone and site consultations. Once you have signed, we offer free design and material selection, and will guide you through the entire building process with a dedicated project manager.
