- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a phone interview to assess the clients needs we will come out and provide a free estimate. Once we have an established scope of work and price agreement we will schedule the work. (WE NEVER ASK FOR OR ACCEPT DEPOSITS) After the job is complete we will go over any maintenance and care instructions as well as the warranty we provide for that particular job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course many years of experience is our best education We also attend seminars etc. from the suppliers we use for training in their products . We also participate with other contractors in our field in online forums, etc.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are insured and have a good reputation .
