- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 an hour for moving service that is for two people. Any other services will be charged by the truckload or the amount of labor required to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making contact asap and scheduling the job around the customer’s needs as far as date and time. Finding out as much as possible about the work that is needed to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school diploma and a four year business apprenticeship in many aspects of work.
