Scot was great to work with! We needed a complete floorpan redesign and he was able to come up with ideas better than my own. He was very punctual, the designs were professional and stamped. He exceeded my expectations and we will continue working with him for all of our projects.
We are building a custom 3700sf house near Centennial Park. Everything we asked for he did in a cost effective and timely manner. The floor plans look amazing, and we cannot wait to see the completed house.

Scot designed a simple detached garage for us and it came out beautifully. He was much more prompt in turnaround time than we expected and was open to several changes we had. He had some nice additions and suggestions that we had not thought of. I would recommend Scot for architectural and artistic drawings.

CUSTOM PLANS INCLUDE:
SCALE DRAWINGS OF:
1. All Floor Plans
2. Window & Door Schedule
3. All Elevations including any axillary elevations
3. Foundation plan, Slab, Crawl, or Basement
4. Wall sections Interior Wall Elevations, Kitchens, Baths, Offices, etc.
5. All floor & ceiling framing plans
6. Roof Plan/Roof Framing with all pitches and other detailed info
7. Electrical Layout - Lights, Switches, Fans, Audio, Comm
Fees Based on the Schedule Below:
0-3000 Sq. Ft. ~ $1.25/ Ft2
3000 to 4000 Sq. Ft. ~ $1.35/ Ft2
4000 to 7500 Sq. Ft. ~ $1.50/ Ft2
Garages (500' Included)
CAD File can be purchased on request
A retainer fee of 33% or will be required upfront.
2nd Payment Due upon approving all floorplans & window/door schedule.
Balance due within 1 days once the customer has signed off on the plan is complete.
Paper drawings available to be printed & shipped upon request(Fee charged)
If revisions are required after the final sign-off, charges will be based @ $100.00 per hour to revise
If square footage is added to the original plan scope, additional fees will be based on a fee schedule
Copyrighted material will not be used to prepare construction plans
All Plans are good to build one house. A reuse fee can be purchased at additional costs
3-D Renderings available upon request(Certain fees will apply)
