I really enjoyed my experience with Chris! He was so helpful and very kind. Did an excellent job with painting my office space. It looks beautiful and he’s fast as what he does (but doesn’t compromise quality). Very impressed and highly recommend!

I feel bad writing this because the guy was nice but I have to be honest in that the work was simply not good. We hired him to paint 2 accent walls. What should have been a simple task seemed to be overwhelming… Jackson arrived unprepared (proper ladder and brushes were not brought). I purchased enough paint for 2 coats to each wall but he was adamant that only 1 was needed. Now because of this I’m left with walls that are streaky, uneven, and patchy and extra paint sitting in a closet that SHOULD be on said walls. My biggest gripe was him constantly complaining while on the job. Complaints including that because we didn’t show him that one of the walls was behind a toilet, he would struggle with painting that wall because he didn’t have the right brush. Then he was complaining about the bathroom light making it hard to see. Sorry but if you call yourself a “professional”, you should have all the right tools. I had to run to Home Depot and buy him a brush with my own money - he didn’t even reimburse me or take the cost off the total… Since this, I went ahead and hired a different painter to paint my kitchen and he confirmed that the other walls were done sloppily. I’m watching a real professional paint (as I type this) with the right size ladder, tools, and lighting and boy what a difference in experience and results. I would avoid using this company for painting.

I regret that you perceive the situation in this light, but resorting to dishonesty is not the most appropriate course of action. I distinctly recall making the effort to return to your residence for a second time (despite the considerable distance of 45 minutes) to address a minor brush touch-up and to inquire if there was anything else I could assist you with. Both you and your partner expressed satisfaction, indicating that no further adjustments were necessary. Contrary to your characterization, I did not voice any grievances throughout this process.
