Introduction: With twenty years of food and beverage experience, I have had the luxury of working with some true greats and professionals. I offer a guest experience not seen for this area. It’s very simple: my goals involve your satisfaction and relaxation. My experience resides upon years of customer service from some of the greatest chefs in our business. Any and everything is tailored to your specific needs and wants combined with my knowledge and experience. My specialties involve private dinner parties, high end specialty dinners, in-home date nights, and boutique weddings. I have a history of French, Italian, Asian, and Regional American cuisine and can accommodate most any needs with enough notice.
