He was able to start the look at the outdoor unit before I got home. And discuss it with me, work through the issue, and explain what the diagnosis is after it was fixed. Will keep in mind for future issues, if they arise

When you get on Thumbtack, Trevor is the type of professional you are hoping to find. Great communicator, showed up when he said he would, high quality work, fair pricing. My HVAC issue was tricky but he worked through my system until he got everything resolved and talked me through the problems. I’ve already told several co-workers about him.
