Trevor was great! He even brought his little boy so he could come out the same day to fix our heat, and on a Saturday no less! It took a couple days to get the part, but at least we had a fireplace and heating blanket to keep us warm and Trevor was in touch with us the whole time. Tim was great too when it was time to install it. Cost was reasonable too.
