- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself via personal meeting, at which time I can share more about my work and learn about customer's needs. I will walk him/her/them through the steps of the event while probing questions so as to cater it to the desired style. A percentage of the total is required, with the rest payable upon delivery of final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years of college, with a major in communications. Internship at a Video production facility in Chattanooga, and experience as a business owner producing DVD series and promotional videos.
