Elizabeth and Company are A+ and check every box in my book. I just moved into a 5000 square foot house that the seller left a complete wreck. I first had the junk crew in and then E Taylor. I called Friday hoping to get someone Saturday and to my SHOCKED surprise, she was able to get someone there by the agreed upon time. They were fast, friendly, the price was great compared to others, and did a pretty good job. I would say to definitely do a walk through as I was out of town and I couldn't get back till the next day and I was wasn't able to show exactly what I wanted. They don't move anything to vaccum under tables or chairs and didn't clean the top of the fridge, but I didn't specify I just assumed they would. I would hire again.

Ignore the low reviews from reviewers who have no clue how to use the platform. Now, onto what matters. The service you are paying for. Taylor was very responsive from the first time I messaged her. I asked about the 1 star reviews, she took the time to give her side. Remember, most people will not go online to give an honest review. Most just want to spit venom. She quoted me yesterday, and came out the next day to clean. (Exceedingly fast). The house was spotless, like the day I moved in. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. She cares deeply about the task at hand, that’s the vibe I got from her. Professional. Fast. Courteous. Caring. Ignore the temper tantrums, book Taylor now. You will not regret it!
