- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are already substantially discounted on the base level. My fees cover administrative fees, gas as well as my time and other travel expenses . If I can offer a discount in the time of need I often do but at the same time my availability is valuable to me and my family. I have a full time job that allows me to offer discounted prices but occupy certain portions of my weekday.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to them fervently and then hear what their desires are, while trying to determine how to direct the customer into what they are really wanting. I try to communicate every option from first contact until every need is met. I make sure that the wedding parties desires are of the utmost importance throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had Seminary education as well as matriculating at Trevecca Nazarene University at the present. My training came at the feet of masterfully experienced clergy with long histories in the ministry. I was licensed in 1990 and ordained in 1993.
