I started Using this company 5 years ago they put a gas HVAC in a house I was remodeling great guy I referred him to my parents he installed a new unit for them they were also impressed with them so Tuesday I reached out to him my in-laws unit was not working at all he worked me in on short notice super fair prices he doesn’t take advantage of our old ones and is a veteran I highly recommended I don’t trust anyone more in the Nashville are than this company

When my air conditioner wasn’t working, I called a company who came out and took a look and told me I needed a new $10,000 unit. I called Jeff for a second opinion. He came out the same day and took a look. He not only fixed the problem by adding Freon, he also repaired a leak in the unit. He saved me $9650!!! I now have a new company to take care of my heat and air, and almost any need I have in my home. It means so much to have an honest, trustworthy, and professional man to turn to! Thank you Jeff!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price out each job individually. However if a client has a few different projects needing to be done i can group them together and give an even bigger discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make them as comfortable as possible about working with me and my company. I try to explain EVERYTHING in very simple terms so they can understand the work and the process of what needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for large HVAC / plumbing companies in the past along with property management offices. So yes I keep up on all the current products, services, and training. I have been in the industry for about 20 years now.
