It's unbelievable how much harder life can be if you can't get organized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions and try to get to them and their expectations, preferences and individual needs. I want them to feel comfortable with me and know that I care about them and their satisfaction with my work. I want to build a relationship and earn their business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I managed restaurants for years and I always treated customers how I would want to be treated. I have experienced bad customer service, as we all have. I always go the extra mile to accommodate every customer, making them feel heard, important, and developing lasting relationships.
