Victor communicated with me well, prior to our actual meeting. So, he was well aware of what I needed. He quickly diagnosed that the washer in question was actually in good working order. He took care of an additional issue involving a wash pan replacement. Clean work, good explanations, curious, timely, very appreciated.

I reached out to Victor on a Saturday morning - that afternoon he came out and diagnosed my GE front load dryer issue. He ordered the parts and had me back up in a few days. Very reasonable on price and very professional. He communicated very well through text and calls, showed up on time, and explained what the problem was so I understood it.
