Affordable and very understanding. We were late in arriving and tried to call but john was on the phone with another customer. It took about 15 minutes and they called back. Even though it was late in the evening john and his crew still came out.. we thought that was nice because we where the last call of the day. We they cleaned our rugs, one carpet in the entry way/laundry room and then two rooms in the basement. some of the rooms had stubborn stains but they got them out. very impressed at the time they took. well job and still affordable.

I just used the Minneapolis branch, and they did a fantastic job. I like the no residue method, I really like it when its affordability too.

We got this company as a result of an Amazon Local coupon;it was a terrible experience! The man who answers the phone(don't know if it was the owner or employee) was very rude upon initial contact;then, when we were ready to redeem the coupon, we called him that morning and he was more rude than before and told us to just forget about it and hung up on us!! he really did us a favor, bc i would not want that type of person or their company in my house! i contacted the BBB about it also.
