- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I am normally $99 for 3 rooms and $30 for each additional areas. Stairs with hallway is considered an area. I also charge $10 per room for deodorizing. And $10 per room for carpet protection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Show up on time or call if running late. 2. Let's do a walk thru of the areas to be cleaned. 3. I clean 4. You Happy 5. You pay me cash, credit card or check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 years prior experience when I was 18 yrs old. (I'm 44 now) Online training and I take continuing Ed classes from my supplier...IIRC Certified
